Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended and any balance being forfeited.

OkeBet XYZ settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or competition organizer. In the absence of an official result, OkeBet XYZ uses reputable third-party data providers to determine the outcome.

Specific settlement rules that apply at OkeBet XYZ include:

• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Incorrect odds: If OkeBet XYZ posts obviously incorrect odds due to a system error, we reserve the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to affected players.
• Score corrections: If an official score is subsequently corrected by the competition organizer, OkeBet XYZ will re-settle affected bets based on the corrected score within a reasonable period.
• Walkovers and defaults: If a team or player is awarded a result by walkover or default, the bet is settled on the official declared result.
• PBA-specific rules: For Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) markets, OkeBet XYZ follows PBA official results only. Protests lodged after the fact that change the official result will trigger re-settlement.

8. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of OkeBet XYZ and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
